- Weekly 5–10 minute nutrition check-in (via email or app)

- Habit reminders and weekly focus (hydration, protein, fiber, etc.)

- Monthly progress tracker

$100/month for 3 months - $300 total  

Guided

Best for clients who want weekly touch points and detailed feedback

INCLUDES: 

- Weekly 15–20 minute phone call or detailed email review

- Photo food log feedback

- Weekly habit planning and reflection

- Monthly resource or PDF (meal ideas, snack guide, etc.)

$180/month for 3 months - $540 total  

Accountable

Ideal for clients looking for high-level coaching and consistent feedback

INCLUDES: 

- Weekly 30-minute nutrition coaching call

- Ongoing food log review and strategy updates

- Personalized monthly goal setting

- Up to 2 check-ins per week via email or text for questions or motivation

$250/month for 3 months - $750 total  

Perfect for clients working toward performance, fat loss, or lifestyle transformation
